Paris has many little sidewalk cafes and restaurants.  I think this one was very unique.  It's interior was set up to resemble the inside of a train.

If you don't know how to read the menu or speak French, an American restaurant is a good alternative.  I've found Hard Rock Cafes on most all of my travels.

The French Police ride horses.  I noticed one of them was making a cell phone call.  What a contrast of old and new this makes!

One of the fun parts of traveling is meeting new friends.  We met Michelle and Oliver on the train back to London.  They spoke some English and we all were able talk about our travel adventures.  Michelle has been to California twice and loves the US.  It's apparent by her shirt.  Unfortunately, they were just starting their trip as we were ending ours.
